Refunds and Replacement
Currently we ship Australia wide only. For shipping we generally ship orders within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS after your payment has been cleared. You will be notified if there are any delays.
Depending on location, allow 3-7 business days for delivery to reach you. For rural areas you may experience a slightly longer delivery time. So you can monitor your shipping we will also notify you with a tracking number, please ensure to check your e-mail JUNK folder if you have not received a shipping confirmation.
Your address will be printed onto a label exactly as provided. Therefore, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or delivery failures. If after 7 business days of shipment you have not received your item, please contact us and we will investigate further for you.
NOTE: glamO is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by any postal or courier services used.
Refunds and replacements will not be given due to a 'change of mind' or from misreading of product information.
While we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and ensure it is shipped out in perfect condition however in the rare instance where the item arrives damaged or faulty, upon receipt As per Australian refund laws - we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund, excluding delivery. Simply contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with photo of the damages.
